Looking to network with other people in the Austin tech startup community or learn more about the scene in general? From a discussion of women in tech to immigration issues in the startup community, this week is full of events sure to inspire anyone in Austin.

1. Women in Tech Panel, Feb. 24 at 7 p.m.

Join us as we profile some women currently making history. Featuring trailblazing women in tech, we'll hear the stories of a few highly successful women from different fields within the tech industry. Afterwards, we'll open up the floor for an hour of networking with panelists and attendees.

2. The reviews are in: Natural Language Processing at HomeAway, Feb. 25 at 6:30 p.m.

At this one-day event, we will explore a number of themes and community needs. The goal is to identify solution and formulate project plans. The projects we initiate here will be developed throughought the year, through events such as the ATX Hack for Change and Open Austin hack nights.

5. Immigration Options for Highly-Skilled Foreign Tech Workers, Feb. 28 at 12 p.m.

In light of expected demand, join Austin Immigration Attorneys at this meetup event to learn about the H-1B visa process and other work visa options for highly-skilled foreign tech workers.
