Happy (almost) Fourth of July! Even though the big day isn’t until this weekend, we thought we’d start the celebrations early. Here are five awesome events this week to get you in the partying mood for the weekend.

1. Venture Forth #29 - Summer Startup Session, June 29 at 5:30 p.m.

Do you have what it takes to run a profitable business? How will you survive and thrive on a limited budget? When is the best time to refine your ideas?  Launch new products? Attract funding? This 8 week Boot Camp for Entrepreneurs helps you not just think about business but gain traction for your startup.

2. Couchbase and NoSQL from a Technical Perspective, June. 29 at 6:30 p.m.

A developer's introduction to Couchbase Get up to speed on Couchbase Server, from a developer’s point of view. Learn when you’d use Couchbase Server, the programming model and how the architecture makes it scalable, available and delivers sub-millisecond response times. We’ll also have an intro to SQL for Documents, Couchbase’s new SQL-based query language, and Couchbase Mobile for building offline-first mobile apps.

3. Capital Factory Job Fair, June 30 at 6 p.m.

A 3-hour evening startup mixer focused on connecting Capital Factory companies to individuals seeking employment within the Austin tech and startup community. Come meet Capital Factory's budding startups, learn about what opportunities are available, drop off a resume, and grab some bubbly (summer cheer included).

4. API Design Anti-Patterns @jharmn, July 1 at 7 p.m.

When we're designing APIs, it's important to think about longevity. Often the early mistakes in your API haunt you forever, as deprecation can be nearly impossible. We'll review common issues found in API designs proposed by developers at PayPal (and elsewhere!), along with some solutions.

5. Community Manager Breakfast, July 2 at 8 a.m.

Meet other community managers in the tech space and discuss emerging trends and observations over breakfast.
