Legit
Austin-based Legit wants to change how you watch TV and movies. Do you use Amazon? Netflix? Hulu? Eliminate all those different queues and watch lists and streamline everything into one app — available on iOS and Android — where you can also view ratings and recommendations from friends. The recently launched service even recommends when it might be worth skipping the movie in the theater to watch it at home.
Unbill
Who is going to take care of the bills? It's one of the most important questions to answer when moving in with a new roommate, yet it's still an antiquated process which usually involves roommates transferring money back and forth way too often. Unbill allows roommates to split and pay their bills online or on their app, all through a debit or credit card. Pingplot Inc., creator of the Unbill app, recently raised a $1.2 million Series A, which they'll use to hire and scale.

Private air travel doesn't have to be for the super elite anymore. Dallas-based Rise is allowing anyone to get in on the exclusivity with a membership to use their private planes.
