, a 3D scanning software developer, will move its entire staff to Boulder, CO as part of its acquisition by Occipital. Lynx Labs was founded through a Kickstarter campaign to build a 3D motion capture camera. WP Engine adds three board members

announced the addition of HomeAway CMO Mariano Dima to its board, along with Rick Crandall, co-founder of Michigan-based Arbor Partners, a tech-focused venture capital firm. WP Engine, which hosts websites and applications built on Word Press, also tapped Beth Weeks as senior vice president of research and development. Foo Fighters release free EP recorded in Austin hotel
Saint Cecilia was recorded in the Austin hotel where the alt. rock megastars stayed during this year's Austin City Limits Festival. Foo Fighters released the surprise, five-song record Monday as a free download at saintceciliaep.com, where fans can also pre-order it on vinyl. The album is dedicated to victims of the November 13 ISIS attacks in Paris.
