It may not be the one America talks about around the water cooler on Monday — it foregoes the tear jerking, gut busting and jaw dropping trademarks that keep us on the couch for commercial breaks during the game.

But the spot successfully explains how a business could benefit from using Namely for HR, which is a bold move in a parade of more entertaining consumer ads.

The video was posted to Namely’s YouTube channel back in October and has received more than 1,000 views.

Namely is a newcomer in Austin, with fewer than 10 employees in an office that opened just after the new year. The company plans to hire aggressively and grow its Austin office to complement the 250 employees at offices in New York and San Francisco.
