You will build and own relationships with key customer stakeholders, manage and nurture customer accounts, troubleshoot and solve customer issues, conduct trainings, lead customer expansion projects, and provide feedback to other areas of the business.

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle with commercial customers, including lead generation, sales presentations, and contract negotiation.

In a given week, you might be working on a new feature in our React Native mobile app or streamlining our React component library to be used across our web portals, and are expected to contribute thoughtful, business-oriented solutions to the challenges that arise with each.
