We’re looking for a collaborative, problem solving, word wizard to join our Client Success Team.

What you'll do at TrendKite:

• Provide world-class support to our existing customers by building customized platform products to meet specific customer needs
• Utilize boolean search technology to target relevant news coverage for our clients (don't worry- we'll teach you this!)
• Troubleshoot client concerns
• Work directly with customer success managers to work on special client projects

What you MUST bring to the table:

• 4 year Bachelor's degree
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident (We will not sponsor at this time)
• Enjoy solving logic puzzles
• Are very tenacious
• Notice the little things
• Are a great listener and not afraid to ask questions
• Organized and able to prioritize what matters most in a fun but high pressure environment
• Are both a self-starter and team player
• You're a wordsmith with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excited by coming up with solutions that make a client's day 
• Passion comes naturally- you come in with the "fire" lit
