Mission
Tenfold Account Executives will drive strategic sales initiatives into a set of named enterprise accounts with 1500 employees or less across multiple industries.
Outcomes:
- Articulate the business value of Tenfold to functional stakeholders. Own pipeline generation, develop new opportunities, create and execute account strategies, close deals and manage expansion opportunities.
- Achieve full-quota on or before your ramp period, then continue to exceed quota
- Work effectively within a team environment to maximize revenue potential, drive customer success and ensure customers are vocal advocates
Competencies:
- College Degree Strongly Preferred
- Closing experience in some type of capacity; prefer technology sales
- Outbound calling experience, whether in a closing role OR in a role as a sales development rep (demand generation/setting appointments for field reps)
- Proven track record of success exceeding quota
- Based in Austin or would have relocate to Austin
- Trained in one of the major sales training programs (Sandler, SPIN, Force Management, Challenger) and working within a defined sales process
- Cannot only have experience closing business on "inbound leads", must have experience doing outbound calling which results in closed business.
