About the Role:

The Account Manager & Senior Account Manager roles both report into Team Lead, Retail & Brand Solutions. It is a support role and supports Account Director's with data analysis, reporting and other sales support duties. The role occasionally interacts in person on site with an RBS client, but the vast majority of client interaction is via the phone and email with oversight by the Account Director. 

What you’ll do:

  • Support Account Directors on various account management tasks including day to day management of accounts – working directly with clients, networks and agencies to ensure overall success of client goals
  • Retrieve data from 3rd party and internal systems and generate reports and presentations used to analyze partner performance and make recommendations on strategy and growth
  • Work with the merchandising team to verify requests
  • Log sales opportunities, ensuring opportunities are activated and conducting analysis to evaluate performance
  • Log ads & placements, offers, and cases in Salesforce.com
  • Collaborate with finance & Account Directors to ensure accurate revenue tracking and collecting account receivables
  • Monitor & report on effectiveness of optimization campaigns
  • Other duties as assigned

 What we need:

  • Has a Bachelor’s degree in business, advertising, liberal arts or communications from a four-year college or university
  • 2 to 5 years experience in account management, marketing or project management
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Self motivated and enjoys working in a fast paced, results driven environment     

Nice to have:

  • Affiliate Marketing experience is a plus
  • Experience in online advertising, mobile, retail industry or marketing services
  • Passion for technology
