What we’re looking for:

As an associate accountant, you will be a critical member of the accounting team and will actively assist in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the financial statements and the financial reporting processes.

What you’ll do:

• Work with cross functional business partners throughout the Company during month end close
• Prepare payments and disbursements, includes setting up new vendors with proper documentation, reconciling expense reports and preparing Company AMEX monthly import process
• Post and obtain approvals on invoices using EchoSign for Company’s COGS and OPEX vendors
• Import and process Company’s credit card revenues
• Assist in the monthly invoice process for the Company’s customers
• Reconcile bank account activity in a timely and accurate manner, may include researching and recording of any reconciling items
• Identify and recommend changes to company policies, procedures and internal controls as necessary

• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Bachelors degree in Accounting - Required
• 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
• QuickBooks knowledge preferred 
• Concur knowledge preferred
