Opportunity:
The successful candidate will have the primary responsibility of generating new business for the Property Manager channel of all USHomeAway,Inc. brands (Homeaway.com, VRBO.com, andVacationrentals.com.) Candidate will be an expert of order processing systems and quoting procedures and will have a precise understanding of company objectives and goals. This position will report to the Acquisition SalesManager and is base + commission based on performance.
Primary responsibilities:
-Sell subscription, Pay Per Lead & Pay Per Booking solutions to vacation rental property managers
-Manage relationships with Enterprise prospects and respond to customer requests, issues & opportunities
-Research and profile targeted companies to identify key contacts &uncover opportunities
-Outbound calling to database prospects, prospective customer lists,channel partner customer lists and conduct call campaigns in support of sales events, and other marketing activities
-Identify and document prospect's needs, expectations and priorities
-Document every touch point with customer and prospect database viaSalesforce.com
-Develop and execute customer account plans to ensure renewal of service
-Grasp technology service solutions and maintain an understanding of our marketplace including competitors
-Work directly with manager and team and communicate strategic plans,goals and objectives
-Be an expert in objection handling methods, prospecting strategies and closing techniques
-Attend trade shows and other sales events to support sales goals.
Required skills:
-5+ years of inside sales experience (business to business sales required), with at least 2 years of acquisition/prospecting experience
-Proven success in lead generation and lead qualification
-Demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals
-Detailed knowledge of Salesforce.com
-Proven track record of successful telephone sales
-Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and organizational skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Sales training or solution selling training preferred
-Ability to work in fast-paced, rapidly changing business environment
-Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
-Bachelor’s Degree
