Got an eye for quality? Are your time management skills at a Master Clockmaker level? Are you basically like Mickey Mouse in Fantasia (you know where he's a magician with all the broom and whatnot?) Then we want you for our Apparel Production Manager position!

As the APM (that's what we call it around here) (sounds cool, right?) you'll ensure that bulk production meets its quality assurance and delivery by planning, scheduling, executing, and directing production activities. Like having control? You'll have it. Who's the boss? You're the boss. Well, you and Tony Danza. But Tony's retired now so we'll just go with you.

Job Description:

  • Manage custom product development and production control of multiple vendors
  • Daily communication with domestic and overseas factories to address and resolve production issues.
  • Create and update WIP reports daily.
  • Provide/approve care instruction, and carton stickers submission from factories
  • Create and maintain cost sheets for every season.
  • Negotiate garment pricing/delivery with factories as if you're a master haggler.
  • Follow up all required testing on fabric and garments.

  • Review prototypes, lab dips, salesmen samples and production for accuracy according to the brand’s requirements.
