Associate Digital Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead SEM strategy through hands-on optimization and management of external SEM agency to improve efficiency through clear communication of goals, constant performance monitoring and driving a rapid testing schedule
- Manage paid spend, revenue and traffic with a vision to long term growth as well as responsible short term ROI across multiple goals
- Act as liaison between retail clients, internal sales and marketing team, and SEM agency, ensuring clear communication to meet deadlines and KPIs
- Partner closely with Business Analytics team to develop dashboards and evolve analytical insights on current campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure a rapid pace of testing for advertising channels with the ability to define, measure and identify successful tests and scale these programs
- Take initiative to streamline processes, find opportunities through exploratory data analysis, and think creatively to contribute value in ambiguous and unstructured problems
- Effectively communicate insights and results to stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Metrics driven, enthusiastic self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team-player who thrives in a rapid growth environment which constantly evolves and presents new and exciting challenges every day
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Proven track record of running large scale SEM campaign on Google AdWords, Bing, Yahoo; experience with search management platforms (Kenshoo, Marin) a strong plus
- Moderate experience across other digital channels preferred
- Experience manipulating large datasets through advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas), familiarity with Tableau and SQL queries. Proficiency with multiple analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adometry, Tune, etc.)
- Ability to understand technical concepts and breakdown complex problems into simplified executions
- Excellent communication skills to translate raw data into well-understood results
- Minimum 3-5 years of digital marketing experience
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Math, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience
