Associate Product Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an inventive and tenacious Associate Product Manager to help build fantastic products on our RetailMeNot team. This extends from growing the profitability of existing products to developing new products for the company. You will build products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience and your contact with customers and partners. You have a rare blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the dedication to make that vision a reality.
You are comfortable communicating with all areas of the company. You will partner with Engineering and Design counterparts to define product vision and release requirements. You will also work with the Product Marketing team, helping them understand the product, while working with them to define important customer problems and needs.
In this role, you will...- Participate in a rotational program and are passionate about learning how to run the full life cycle of a program, from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Conduct market analysis
- Work on defining roadmaps and then work across functions—including design, engineering, marketing, operations, business intelligence and customer service—to execute it
- Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Consistent track record creating and successfully delivering on projects - including planning, driving, and implementing these.
- Strong analytical ability, and experience making data based decisions
- Proven track record making things happen, even when faced with adversity
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross functional teams
- Solid understanding of web and app technologies
- Strong communication skills
- Creative and an Innovator
- Committed and versatile learner
- Experience working with Software Engineering teams is a strong plus
