About the Role:
We are looking for a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our B2B Marketing team. We want someone who is passionate about planning and delivering top-notch events and creating B2B marketing materials that enable our Retail & Brand Solutions team to be more successful and will help strengthen relationships with our retail partners. You are an extraordinary communicator who is very organized, meticulous, and highly motivated.
In this role, you will assist in preparations for all of our B2B events, including trade shows and our annual partner conference. You will support our marketing services efforts in monetizing marketing channels, creating marketing materials and working closely with our RBS (Sales) team to retain valuable clients and win prospect accounts. Your average day will include writing, planning, researching, and reporting while building positive relationships across the marketing and sales organizations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate trade show logistics, including ordering show services, registering attendees, handling hotel blocks, creating attendee schedules and building event playbooks
  • Support planning of our annual conference, including leading logistics and details for a high-end event for 100 people
  • Create and update marketing materials, including sales presentations, case studies, and brochures
  • Investigate new ways to provide added exposure for our retail and brand partners from our marketing efforts
  • Update the corporate website with new pieces of content
  • Partner with internal teams across marketing, sales, and product
  • Communicate with agencies supporting events and B2B content generation

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of marketing experience in a professional setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or similar field
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience planning and executing B2B events
  • Prior experience with Salesforce and Pardot a plus
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects at on time while communicating consistently
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Keen attention to detail
