B2B Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate trade show logistics, including ordering show services, registering attendees, handling hotel blocks, creating attendee schedules and building event playbooks
- Support planning of our annual conference, including leading logistics and details for a high-end event for 100 people
- Create and update marketing materials, including sales presentations, case studies, and brochures
- Investigate new ways to provide added exposure for our retail and brand partners from our marketing efforts
- Update the corporate website with new pieces of content
- Partner with internal teams across marketing, sales, and product
- Communicate with agencies supporting events and B2B content generation
Experience:
- 2-3 years of marketing experience in a professional setting
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or similar field
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Experience planning and executing B2B events
- Prior experience with Salesforce and Pardot a plus
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects at on time while communicating consistently
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Keen attention to detail
