As Business and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for wearing multiple hats at Sumo including (but not limited to), the following:

Duties:• Responsible for customer support and handling customer tickets that come in via email
• Responsible for email marketing coordination and setup
• Responsible for investigating website leads and passing them along to our sales team via SalesForce
• Responsible for social media management and responsiveness
• Assisting Office Manager with admin tasks including booking flights, snacks for the office, team retreats, calendar coordination for leadership, etc.

Who you are: • You are detail-oriented and understand that procedure makes things easier not boring or redundant.
• You easily learn complex systems and recognize/troubleshoot issues with them
• You effectively communicate technical issues to both non-technical users and developers alike
• You are a master of critical thinking and love solving puzzles, because that's what problems are.
• You have nerves of steel to take on criticism but you have a heart that melts ice caps and can warm up the coldest of customers. You can think objectively to solve a problem and not let that one jerk customer throw you off your game.
• You easily adapt to a rapidly changing product
• You know how to set up effective testing procedures on-the-fly for issues you're working on
• You are thoughtful, organized, and detail oriented. Use the word duck in your application to prove it.
• You are independent, but self-aware of your limits and respectful of the time of those you ask for assistance

Minimum Qualifications: • 1-3 years Customer Support/Service/Admin experience
• Very tech saavy
• Experience with OSX, Windows, Android and iOS
• Super detail oriented. You were a lawyer in a past life.
• WPM: 60+

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Zendesk and Salesforce
• Experience with Website Backends
• Very familiar with Sumo
• Experience with modifying and customizing websites
• Experience with HTML a plus
• Installed and use Sumo on a website
• WPM: 75+

Our company is in a trendy area with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We are also very close to the train for easy commuting :)
