Job Description

As a Business Development Rep, you'll work closely within our sales team on finding the best new growth opportunities for REthink CRM. You'll be the first point of contact for new prospective users interested in our company and develop key skills to effectively prioritize inbound leads, head up outbound campaigns, and establish business cases for new areas for growth. You will get to work side-by-side with senior leadership to build scalable business processes and a foundation for both internal and external growth.   • The Business Development Representative is responsible for driving market share and qualifying leads that build pipeline for the sales organization. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for developing and qualifying leads, cold calling, and follow up on general inquiries. The Business Development Representative role will provide the knowledge and skills required for a natural progression into our Account Executive role.

  • The successful candidate will work with a team of seasoned marketing and sales professionals to generate leads, qualify opportunities and schedule initial meetings and demonstrations for the direct sales force. REthink CRM offers a fast-paced working environment, competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and opportunity for career advancement at one of the fastest-growing startups.

Responsibilities: 


  • Lead generation through outbound cold calling and calling on marketing-generated and inbound leads

  • Meet monthly and quarterly leads and revenue objectives

  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of company’s product line and value proposition

  • Demonstrate clear understanding of company’s sales processes and product and service value propositions
Qualifications
  • 1 - 3 years of software / SaaS or relevant industry knowledge 

  • Undergraduate degree

  • Consistent track record for meeting and exceeding lead generation and sales objectives

  • Highly motivated professional with excellent inter-personal skills

  • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and professionalism

  • Self-starter with solid organizational and planning skills

  • Discipline to maintain high call volumes

  • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions

  • Strong listening and presentation skills

  • Self Starter / High Energy / Positive Attitude / Customer-Focused

  • Bonus - real estate industry and / or Salesforce experience
