Mission

Drive leads (both MQL’s and SQL’s) from our targeted content marketing campaigns and turn them into Marketing Qualified Leads for the Sales team through various campaign efforts. They will also help out with creating new leads from our current highest performing content, future campaigns, and other sources that are applicable.

Outcome: Build a robust, modern content marketing engine focused on growing enterprise sales
Outcome Measures
  • Conceptualize and create content pieces each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include demand generation content campaigns, ebooks, blogs, whitepapers, infographics, guides, templates, etc.)
  • Optimize content for search engines and demand generation
  • Collaborate with designers, sales professionals, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of our key target markets and buyer personas
  • Provide feedback to other content contributors, and editing other writers’ content
  • A strong written and verbal communicator and passionate storyteller
  • Interest in the technology and software industry and the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business' various types of content
  • Excellent organizational skills, the ability to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Journalism, video and graphic design experience a plus
  • Work with our Sales Team and Partners to coordinate content to help with future content marketing campaigns
Competencies
  • 2+ years of content marketing experience for a company that sells to the enterprise
  • Comfortable creating content for high level buyers with targeted language
  • Ability to hit daily and long-term goals on a consistent basis
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to audiences ranging from C-level executives to developers
  • Track record of excelling on a high performing team
