ResponsibilitiesYour day-to-day (as a top notch Contracts Administrator, you’ll):
- Review rev gen contracts ranging from advertising insertion orders, to purchase orders, to master services agreements and statements of work.
- Review services agreements, terms of service and privacy policies for current and potential suppliers.
- Oversee contract content for appropriate terms, including legal and revenue recognition
- Work closely with sales team to provide guidance and assistance
- Revise contract templates and manage them in SalesForce and Novatus
- Improve upon existing systems, processes and procedures to streamline and optimize
- Assist with other Legal Department needs
What does it take to do this job?
- Strong verbal aptitude (you love contracts!)
- At least 2 years’ contracts experience/ legal exposure
- Audit and review user watch lists and collaborate with internal teams to make necessary changes.
- Fine attention to detail, crave order and organization
- Independent person who’s able to spot red flags and deal with them professionally
- Previous experience working with SalesForce, Novatus, Docusign, Box, a big plus.
- Previous experience working with a finance or legal group, or public company issues a plus
- Must be team oriented and enjoy working closely with other employees to achieve results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Exceptional time management skills; prioritization in managing multiple priorities
