Outcome: Build enterprise SaaS accounting processes into Tenfold’s DNA.

Outcome Measures / Responsibilities

• Build a high functioning accounting team.

• Develop processes, procedures, and controls. Implement an accounting and billing system that will enable Tenfold to become IPO-ready.

• Reconcile month end journal entries. Develop departmental structure and ensure that revenues and expenses are coded correctly and abide by GAAP.

• Provide monthly reporting (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow model), complete with variance analysis.

• Ensure that Accounts Receivables are collected promptly.

• Ensure that Accounts Payables are paid in a timely manner.

• Manage Travel and Expense (T&E) accounts and policy.

• File all taxes accurately and timely (state, national, and international).

• Collaborate with legal to set-up operations internationally as needed.

• Collaborate with HR to set-up operations in new states and internationally as needed.

Competencies / Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• CPA

• International accounting experience

Preferred Experience (but not required)

• Big 4 experience

• SaaS industry experience

• Previous experience taking a company IPO

• Start-up experience

• Experience implementing accounting systems
