On any given day you might

• Manage the creative strategy and general direction of client work
• Ensure the quality of work produced is in line with agency and client expectations
• Serve as the department leader and ensure the continued growth of the team
• Manage client relationship and work to deepen their knowledge of interactive marketing
• Identify the conceptual and strategic direction for various projects, and clearly presents those ideas to the team and the client

The ideal person

• Is an extremely strong leader who can manage multiple clients and projects
• Has ample experience working with and presenting to clients of all levels
• Has outstanding oral, written, and presentation skills
• Can look at corporate brands from a fresh angle
• Has a strong knowledge of interaction Design, technology, usability and experience design

You bring

• 10+ years agency experience
• Excellent writing skills, understanding of narrative constructs
• Highly conceptual and demonstrates storytelling experience beyond the medium of video (interactive, experiential)
• Ability to mentor younger writers
• Highly collaborative and likes to work with Art Director partner
