What you’ll do:

  • Lead a group of talented analysts who manage continuous improvement projects throughout the Operations Content and Account Management Teams.
  • Manage the instructional design and training development for internal and external operations.
  • Lead workforce management to deliver hiring recommendations and optimize service level, productivity and utilization.
  • Deliver key metrics and reporting for the Operations, Content and Account Management Teams.
  • Partner with the Product and Engineering Teams to develop internal and customer-facing tools focusing on efficiency, quality and value.
  • Lead customer advocacy projects leveraging the voice of the customer and other frameworks to impact positive change in our products and services.
  • Partner with teams throughout the company to lead projects to deliver the operations for new service offerings to our customers.
  • Any other responsibilities as may arise in the context of a fast-moving startup.
