Customer Success Manager (Overnight)

We’re looking for a customer-centric to join our team as a Customer Success Manager supporting our overnight customer needs from 2am-10am Central Time. (Please note this is not a leadership or team management position)

REQUIREMENTS
What you'll do at TrendKite:
- Manage portfolio of TrendKite customers from onboarding through their lifecycle with our product
- Increase customer adoption of TrendKite’s products through top notch coaching and education
- Use your TrendKite product expertise to drive usage and convey value to every customer
- Deliver maximum value to customers through providing best practices for using TrendKite
- Bring highly impactful product feedback and recommendations to the TrendKite team
What you MUST bring to the table:
- Reliable committment to supporting our overnight customer needs from 2am-10am Central Time
- Passion for and past experience in Customer Success
- An aptitude and hunger for learning about technology and analytics
- An eye for detail, with exceptional written and verbal communication
- Unrivaled work ethic
- Self-starter meets team-player work style
- Bachelor’s degree
- Past customer success, training or coaching experience with a SaaS product
- You are familiar with boolean
- Experience in or strong understanding of PR
- Startup experience
