THE ROLE

What you'll do at TrendKite:

  • Coordinate cross-functional processes (with Product, Engineering, and Sales) that help ensure customers see value from the TrendKite platform and TrendKite meets renewal and upsell targets
  • Customer Success Team enablement, including providing training, materials, and data that help CSMs work more effectively
  • Implement and manage software that facilitates CSM Ops activities
  • Determine the timing and content of touch points for CSMs along the customer journey, to drive optimal adoption and high customer satisfaction
  • Detect early signals of at-risk renewals, design playbooks for CSMs to address them, and provide path to escalation
  • Maintain TrendKite product expertise among team members
  • Bring intelligent product feedback and recommendations to the product team and bug prioritization to the engineering team
  • Serve as customer-facing technical expert


What you MUST bring to the table:

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success operations or other customer-focused project-oriented role
  • Experience/administration of Salesforce
  • Passion for designing scalable processes
  • Killer communication skills, and ability to translate the result of a complex analysis into simple, actionable explanation
  • Exceptional time management
  • Bachelor's degree

Bonus if you have:

  • Gainsight experience
  • Experience in a SaaS recurring revenue model
  • Past start up experience
