What you'll do at TrendKite:

• Communicate efficiently and effectively with our customers. We rely on live help chat to do most of our support, but you'll also be talking to customers on the phone every now and then
• Own customer experience from initial contact to resolution. We pride ourselves on getting out in front of customer issues and proactively making sure our customers are getting the most they deserve from TrendKite
• Become an encyclopedia of TrendKite product knowledge. You’ll be challenged to keep pace with our product changes but you’ll have fun becoming a master
• You'll apply creative problem-solving techniques to identify the source of concern while keeping the customer updated with progress of the issue
• You'll jump at the chance to learn about the customer, understand their challenge, and use your “whatever-it-takes” attitude to provide the solution

What you MUST bring to the table:

• Passion for an excellent customer experience 
• An aptitude and hunger for learning about technology and analytics
• An eye for detail, with exceptional written and verbal communication
• Unrivaled work ethic
• Self-starter meets team-player work style
• Bachelor’s degree

Bonus if you have:

• A customer success internship or past experience 
• You are familiar with basic boolean
• Experience in or strong understanding of PR 
• Startup experience
