What are we looking for?

You are an ambitious and highly motivated Customer Support Representative looking to join a growing company. You have exceptional customer service, are analytical and are genuinely driven to go above and beyond to help our customers. You’re main responsibility will be to provide support and training to our customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide customer and technical support resolution via email, phone and other electronic medium
  • Assist customers with product installation, general product questions and product/hardware setup issues
  • Train customers in the use of Alchemy products
  • Follow-up proactively with customers through issue resolution
  • Document details of all customer interactions in CRM

What you bring to the table:

  • Ability to troubleshoot basic PC and tablet (iOS and Windows) issues
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Windows-based applications
  • Experience in a help desk environment providing SaaS technical support to individual users
  • Ability to work daytime, evening and overnight shifts (Monday - Sunday)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bilingual preferred:  English, Spanish, French, or Portuguese
