What you'll do at TrendKite:

• Create and improve documentation for data team processes
• Assist with improvement and maintenance of data accuracy
• Investigate new data sources, identify data problems, monitor data integrity and fix data quality issuesIdentify initiatives to mature the data and tools
• Support sales and customer success via Slack, email, Salesforce while meeting customer expectations
• Work with engineering and product teams to identify needs and solve complex problems related to data
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities to improve data processes and quality
• Participate in customer calls when necessary to gather insights into issues and opportunities
• Contribute to daily, weekly or monthly reporting
• Work with geographically co-located teams to prioritize projects and perform quality assurance checks across teams

What you MUST bring to the table:

• Passion for researching, collecting, and analyzing data while being creative on potential solutions
• Ability to independently troubleshoot data issues
• Be able to communicate complex issues in a less than complex way and be a storyteller with data
• Exposure to relational databases and large data sets
• Extreme attention to detail
• Must be collaborative and proactive
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing deadlines and priorities
• Experience coordinating the work of others
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree required
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident

Bonus if you have:

• Familiarity with website architecture or information architecture
• Familiarity with Regex, SQL, HTML, Python or R
• Familiarity with scripting
• Experience in a QA role
