Position Summary:

The Demand Generation Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for the creation and management of demand and lead generation campaigns for assigned products/teams/segments.  You will focus on crafting and executing programs, and then tracking and reporting on the results of the programs across the sales funnels. The key objective is to generate high quality prospect engagements that will result in the generation of leads, opportunities, and ultimately revenue for the Sprinklr sales teams across new business as well as increasing opportunities for Sprinklr in our customer base. The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will be part the Sprinklr Demand Center comprised of Marketing Programs, Demand Content, and Marketing Operations.

The core mandate for the Demand Generation Marketing Manager is to:

  • Create and develop demand and lead generation activities, conversion programs, and marketing campaigns that provide measurable improvement in top-line and bottom-line growth and meet goals
  • Create and Develop integrated lead generation and nurture programs that deliver needed pipeline for the division.
  • Strategically integrate and leverage demand generation tactics and tools, including email, web seminars, content for calling campaigns, live regional events, social media, search engine marketing, and more
  • Create and Develop integrated programs and campaigns in alignment with new product launches, co-marketing campaigns, existing product upsell and cross-sales, and new market development
  • Leverage demand generation tools (Eloqua/Marketo), resources and agencies for campaigns/ programs, and reporting purpose
  • Communicate and collaborate with other channel marketers, product marketers, sales, internal and external design agencies and other key stakeholders

Responsibilities:

  1. Actively solicit inputs from key stakeholders regarding new Demand Generation and campaign plan requirements for product pipeline development.
  2. Build the overall strategy for utilizing the right market tactics in a combined and integrated marketing manner, and manages multi-touch campaigns
  3. Monitor the development of business plans, assess market penetration, and product positioning to develop or re-vector demand generation plans to drive new pipeline.
  4. Reduce broad concepts and business strategies into structured programs.
  5. Execute and report on these programs and their success against target objectives
  6. Manage the sales and marketing lead process and productivity initiatives, with familiarity into the supporting systems, including Eloqua & Marketo
  7. Develop prospect nurturing programs to manage pipeline opportunities in support of sales goals.
  8. Employ market research, monitor competitive activity, and identify customer needs as required to ensure the right programs and campaigns to gain market share
  9. Support overall company branding and awareness as part of the overall marketing initiatives and lead gen programs
  10. Work directly with Sales Managers and Sales teams to provide direct sales support & sales communications, sales training, as part of ensuring success of demand gen programs
  11. Aggressively review and stay abreast of market trends through all available resources including: trade publications, 3rd Party Market Reports, direct customer contact, participation in industry conferences/expos/trade shows, etc.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1-5 years demand generation, marketing communications, product marketing, demand generation, channel marketing or sales roles
  • Strategy, project management, budget management and financial skill
  • Creative thinking capabilities; Interest/desire to learn and adopt new marketing strategies and tactics
  • Business analysis experience
  • Understanding of marketing automation systems such as Eloqua or Marketo, familiarity with sales-stage nurture tactics, buyer personas and lead scoring.
  • Experience marketing to enterprise, and ABM strategies a big plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence others without formal authority
  • Bachelors Degree required
