Responsibilities
- Assist in helping shape, scope and estimate large-scale engagements, ensuring that a high-quality SOW is written with an accurate price
- Simultaneous management of multiple projects
- Day to day client communication and coordination
- Ensure proper format of deliverables and quality of deliverables
- Create and/or coordinate project definition and business requirements documentation
- Manage tasks between internal and external resources
- Coordinate and ensure buy-in support and approvals from all stakeholders
- Management of project budgets, resources and schedule to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of final deliverables
- Management of technology partner relationships
Experience
- Experience managing a wide breadth of projects from digital/interactive, brand identity design and print to product/packaging design preferred
- Digital/interactive and branding project management experience is required
- Must be comfortable in a client facing role and be able to manage both internal team and client expectations
- 3+ years creative or in-house agency experience is required
- Comfortable with project management tools
You
- Have the ability to think creatively and intuitively about the client and agency relationship (you are not a robot)
- Have a sense of humor and are able navigate the sticky situations with finesse
- Appreciate and understand great design
- Have a technical aptitude and can translate between clients, creatives and engineers
- Are organized and are able to see at least three chess moves ahead of everyone else
