Do you take pride in your attention to detail? We are looking for a highly collaborative team leader with strong organizational and communication skills. Background in law or financial regulations? Even better! As Director of Compliance, you will lead an agile team of Compliance Analyst's to support the integrity of the CreditCards.com network of sites. With an eye on accuracy, the Compliance department upholds our reputation of being a trustworthy source of all things credit cards. As an internal and client resource, you will work closely with our Sales and Product teams to provide guidance on product design, ensuring we deliver on bank and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a functioning on-site compliance regimen for affiliate and O&O sites
  • Serve as a key stakeholder for internal product development, providing design guidance to ensure we build experiences that meet our bank and regulatory rules
  • Build issuer relationships by becoming an industry leader in compliance processes
  • Remain current in regulations that impact financial marketing
  • Ensure proper documentation of compliance policies and procedures
  • Review internal products for compliance before submitting for bank approval
  • Enhance existing affiliate relationships by providing a unique customer experience, automating compliance functionality, and providing value added products to our network
  • Network with partner compliance teams to build rapport

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of business experience preferred
  • Legal or Financial Services background a plus
  • Strong project management skills required
  • Ability to respond to changing priorities and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely organized and highly motivated
  • High level of proficiency with Excel and Word
