About the Operations Team:

This individual will lead our 50-person operations team and is chartered with delivering a world class onboarding experience for our customers. Across social media platform setup, website operations, photography, and customer branding this individual delivers customer value and makes sure that customers have the best introduction to our services. The successful candidate will be an amazing people leader and truly live Main Street Hub’s core values and have a consistent track record of leading teams in a fast paced, high growth environment. This person understands customer operations and has a consistent track record of delivering a world-class customer experience, continuously improving the operation and demonstrating role-model people leadership.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the output of the onboarding team which includes social media platform setup, website creation, ongoing website operations, photography, and customer branding
  • Relentlessly focus on improving KPIs such as customer satisfaction, deliverable quality, and onboarding speed.
  • Inspire and motivate our amazing people who work at Main Street Hub.
  • Own the maintenance, growth, and quality of our photography network
  • Lead and develop the current and future leaders of the operations team
  • Partner with our Director of Operations Experience in researching, designing, and implementing continuous improvement projects related to our customer experience
  • Design the onboarding processes and workflows to accommodate the needs of franchise businesses and other channel partners while maintaining consistent throughput and quality
  • Collaborate with other members of the senior team across Operations, Product, and Engineering to develop new products and an improved customer experience
