We are looking for an analytical Director of Sales, who thrives in a numbers-first environment, to lead a team of Sales Analysts and provide a best-in-class experience for our bank partners. At CreditCards.com, our goal is to bring leading consumer-centric credit card experiences to market, and we can't do this without our bank partners. Your job: to sell these opportunities to ensure bank buy-in, and show the ongoing value to our partners. The Director of Sales oversees the day-to-day client service, manages client performance metrics, and identifies revenue opportunities for further monetization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead team of Sales Analysts to provide best-in-class account management to major U.S. Bank clients
- Ownership of client KPIs to ensure both internal and client goals are met
- Oversee day-to-day execution of client-facing projects
- Guide team to develop ad hoc reporting and forecasts for clients
- Identify opportunities to grow clients' business
- Secure issuer buy-in for key revenue generating initiatives
- Analyze performance of products, identifying opportunities for growth & improvement
- Serve as primary stakeholder for internal website testing and product development plans
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, 7+ years of digital business experience preferred
- Highly analytical, numbers are your jam
- Demonstrated employee development and management experience
- Ability to respond to changing priorities and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extremely organized and highly motivated
- High level of proficiency with Excel
- Financial Services background a plus
