E-Commerce Fraud Specialist

Do you want to be part of a talented, tight-knit team? If so, then you might be the right fit for our E-Commerce Fraud Specialist position.
The E-Commerce Fraud Specialist will be responsible for identifying and preventing fraudulent orders as you shepherd our client orders through the order confirmation process. It is a full-time position located in Austin, Texas. You must be able to work a flexible schedule that will include day, night and weekend shifts, some of which you will work remotely from home.

How you'll make a difference:
• You'll work within our COST Team to identify, prevent, and manage fraudulent web orders
• You'll oversee client orders to ensure top confirmation rates
• Your research and resolution of chargeback disputes
• You'll help manage relationships with our network of sellers to ensure we offer the best inventory and prices
• You'll support our Client Relations Team and assist them in communicating with clients
• You'll be actively involved in projects related to our website, sales, marketing, and customer service
