What we’re looking for:

Modernize seeks a highly motivated individual with current email marketing experience to join our team. The ideal Email Marketing Specialist should be a hyper organized, detail oriented and passionate about email marketing. You will be responsible for daily promotional email campaigns along with supporting efforts in email subscriber management.

What you will be doing:

• Launching test and live email campaigns from various ESPs for homeowner marketing
• Troubleshooting issues with email layout and inbox deliverability
• Manages daily production, execution, optimization, and reporting of customer-facing email campaigns (targeting, testing, and optimization) for consumer lead generation efforts.
• Creating compelling & actionable content for email creatives & subject lines for A/B and multivariate testing
• Reporting and analysis of campaign performance with summary of key insights, and offering for future email campaign deployments

 What you will need:

• Strong background working hands-on in email marketing platforms
• HTML skills (you don’t have to create, but you must be able to manipulate)
• Insane attention to detail because once the emails are gone, they are gone
• Skilled Excel user who loves data & metrics and possesses the ability to fully understand the data
• Experience with database management, segmentation, and personalization
• Experience generating marketing copy
• Strong understanding of email marketing concepts and campaign metrics
• 2-4 years of B2C email marketing experience
