Job Description:
 
The HomeAway Employer Branding team is looking for someone to lead employer branding and recruitment marketing content, and help grow our Life@HomeAway social media presence

- You’ll create and schedule content that represents what it’s like to work at HomeAway to share across our multiple platforms based on sharing best practice for timing, cadence, and content type
- You’ll keep careers sites, employer brand properties, and social channel profiles up to date
- You’ll engage with our fans and followers on sites like Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn about careers at HomeAway
- You’ll assist with categorizing content to build out conversation reporting
- You’ll support the employer branding team with program and campaign reporting and other projects as needed
- You’ll run social advertising campaigns to promote HomeAway content on various social media channels
- You’ll gain experience using a variety of tools for publishing, reporting and research in the employer branding industry

Responsibilities:  
You’ll gain experience using social media to market HomeAway as a company of choice. You’ll build campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn and respond to job seekers on Twitter. You’ll learn about the back-end processes of launching social media content and all the components that go into them. You’ll help build a larger global social media presence for our Life at HomeAway accounts. You’ll get to experience the fast-paced changes that come with social media marketing in a global organization.

Qualifications:

You love all things social media and can’t imagine being disconnected from your social accounts for more than a few hours. You love to be creative and want to find interesting ways to put a fresh spin on social content. You like to provide new ideas when you see an opportunity to add value to a project, and you’re comfortable taking the lead. You like to see the immediate results of your work and then figure out ways to improve upon them. You love meeting people and creating meaningful relationships at work, and representing HomeAway’s Employer Brand out in the wild. You have excellent communication skills and are eager to make an immediate impact on the business.
 
- Experience in recruitment marketing and employer brand
- Experience with managing web presences and social assets
- Experience with creating and curating content and messaging
- Experience with developing and delivering employer branding both digital and non-digital assets
- Ability to recognize emerging and relevant digital trends
- Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills
- Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Ability to be a strong player with a drive to create a collaborative, positive, and inclusive work environment
- Experience working in the Tech industry
- Background in Marketing and/or Talent Acquisition
- Bachelors' degree
