Engineering Manager, Sales
The Sales Engineering team is a new team at Condé Nast helping our sales team deliver the best possible experience for our users and partners. We need someone like you, a strong engineering leader to take the reins of this new team.
You and your team will work on across the iconic brands that make up Condé Nast such as WIRED, The New Yorker, Vanity Fair, and Teen Vogue. You will help build this team. Your responsibilities will include hiring the rest of the team, building relationships with all the stakeholders, and bringing your teams unique contributions to the Condé Nast culture.

What are we looking for from you?
• You are comfortable in JavaScript - and either already are or want to become an expert in it.
• You have a proven track record of managing development teams.
• You're involved in the open source community or are eager to join.
• You aren’t scared to experiment with new technologies and ideas.
• You like working with cross discipline teams to define requirements and plan releases.
• You can architect and plan custom solution to thorny problems.
• You love mentoring developers and creating a team-oriented atmosphere.
• You can set expectations and then work with your team to meet or exceed those.
