Entry Level Sales Representative

Our software for nonprofits permits organizations to spend less time on compliance and funder reporting and more time on ensuring the effectiveness of service programs for the people who rely on them. As a vibrant person who wants to begin their career in sales, you will be responsible for proactively responding to inbound leads and following through to decision and next steps, while keeping deals well documented in Salesforce. “Team Player” should be your middle name, and you’ll serve an important role in helping to strengthen our teams and processes to better assist our customers and the people they serve. You are mission-driven, detail-oriented and a persistent individual looking to grow your sales career with a thought leader in the industry of outcomes and performance management software.
NO SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound leads created through company-wide marketing efforts
- Develop new leads through cold calling non-profit agencies that have annual operating budgets up to $1M
- Assist potential clients through product demonstrations and responding to inquiries on product functionality
- Close 5-7 deals each month
- Properly document all calls and deal activity on a daily basis
- Maintain Pipeline levels and accurately forecast sales activity
Skills & Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors’ degree preferred
- Demonstrated track record of work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to execute at a high level
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated history of goal achievement
