THE POSITION

As a member of the multi-tenant console team you will design, implement and maintain a high distributed cloud application aimed at orchestration of tasks across massive # of customers. We favor individuals who enjoy collaborating with a variety of colleagues across the company including business stakeholders, senior leadership, architects, back-end engineers and front-end developers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Collaborate with peers on design, estimation and implementation of all things front-end. (React)

• Work closely with architecture team to build optimal content delivery strategy to optimize customer experiences

• Perform peer review of source code to monitor for best practices, level of effort, and documentation

• Work with key business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical requirements

• Collaborate with backend team to build RESTful APIs for front-end integration.

• Solve difficult problems while continuously learning and improving

• Version control with git

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 4 year college degree in computer science or equivalent industry experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Ability to learn quickly: Willingness to learn, and adapt to new technologies and contribute in a productive environment.

• Understanding of common design patterns and object oriented principles

• Understanding of content delivery network's role in edge caching and end user performance experience

• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React)

• Experience with component-based front end UI libraries (Bootstrap, Zurb, Semantic)

• Experience in a linux environment or generally not afraid of the terminal interface

• Desire to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment solving challenging problems

• Enjoys keeping abreast of the latest web technology threns while embracing the significance of supporting

• A strong work ethic, sense of humor (even bad humor) and collaborative mindset

• Demonstrated knowledge of stateless session concepts and JOSE

• Understanding Pros/Cons of client side caching and edge caching

ABOVE AND BEYOND

• A Github account with a great project or recent open source project contributions

• Experience with Continuous Integration preferred (Jenkins, TravisCI, Bamboo, etc.)
