We are looking for a well-rounded Lead Developer with deep experience in creating sophisticated applications using the latest technologies including MongoDB, NodeJS, AngularJS, HTML5/CSS. 

In this position, you will work with our engineering team and data scientists to help patients get access to cutting edge treatments they otherwise wouldn't have known about. The application you will be working on is used in physician's offices across the country and serves a rapidly growing patient population everyday.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in architecting web and mobile solutions
  • Assess new products and technologies to determine fit within our workflow
  • Help lead a collaborative team
  • Take responsibility for coding user stories, along with accompanying test cases
  • Design, code, and manage automated test scripts, continuous builds, and deployment
  • Ensure maintainable, scalable, reliable, and secure code
  • Improve the code quality through peer reviews and proactive adoption of new processes and tools
  • Help develop junior team members through mentoring
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers across the organization
  • Stay up to date on information technology industry and market trends, determine potential impacts, drive innovation, and ensure flexibility, sustainability, and relevance of the solutions we build.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of development experience, executing through the entire SDLC from concept to production
  • 3+ years Commercial Software experience
  • 3+ years SaaS / PaaS / Cloud / experience
  • 3+ years of experience with RESTFUL web services, JSON preferred
  • 3+ years of experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript and JavaScript Frameworks such as JQuery
  • Proven competency with the modern mobile/web technology stack including MongoDB, Express, AngularJS, and NodeJS
  • Enjoys mentoring junior developers and other staff members
  • Experience working in a lean/agile development environment
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Experience working with remote teams
  • Direct experience in Healthcare a plus
  • Degree in Information Technology, or relevant experience in these fields
