Global Campaign Manager
WHAT IS COOL ABOUT THIS JOB
This role will work with other Campaign Managers to develop or leverage existing campaigns to acquire new sales prospects, convert them to revenue and increase spend within existing accounts. The focus is driving revenue through online transactions and the UK + AU-based sales teams with programs that scale globally to meet business goals in all key markets. Someone who is obsessive about optimizing results from current channels with a compelling message and great execution. And you’ll have a vision for new areas of investment to grow our business.
THE DAY TO DAYCAMPAIGN PLAN EXECUTION: Managing digital media plans to make sure they are planned based on given strategy parameters, and are executed and optimized throughout the life of the campaign
COLLABORATION WITH GREATER MARKETING ORGANIZATION: Working on a daily basis in order to build cohesion between groups for greater good of a campaign. This includes working with: * (Segment) Campaign Managers to develop or localize campaigns for international targets * Program owners (e.g. social media, search marketing, digital advertising) to execute and optimize spend and ROI in-market * Global sales / marketing / leadership teams to optimize lead flow, pipeline development and sales revenue reporting
DIGITAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT Working directly with digital media platforms (e.g. Facebook, AdWords, AdRoll, and other local vehicles) to make sure each campaign is represented and optimized for international targets
CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE REPORTING: Pulling and analyzing the digital media plan reporting on a regular basis and reporting to management on optimization efforts
YOUR EXPERTISE AND PASSION- 5+ years relevant experience, some of which working in growth roles at other global organizations (EMEA and APAC) with track record of developing successful localized growth programs
- Digital Media Marketing planning and buying across all digital channels, including social, video, display, paid search and custom programs
- Experience with Google Adwords and Google Analytics (or equivalent)
- Understanding of social advertising platforms and best practices
- Experience working with sales teams re: pipeline optimization (working in Salesforce.com)
- Proven success working with internal and external teams to develop campaign creative assets
- Proven ability to monitor and optimize the effectiveness of multiple campaigns across several business segments, channels and geos
