Reports to: Director, Digital & Demand Marketing

We are looking for a talented, creative Graphic Designer who creates beautiful and effective solutions within the full width and breadth of the marketing and branding landscape for both print and electronic media. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the company’s visual Brand elements and guidelines, as well as creating and managing all design elements of our website, landing pages, marketing collateral, templates, slide decks, training materials, event displays, visual social media content and more. You are both wildly imaginative and profoundly practical—with a fundamental understanding of when each of those talents should be brought to bear. You have an inventor’s spirit, beautifully-tuned eye, a can-do approach, understanding of how to move from concept to execution, and demonstrated proficiency in brand design. 

Responsibilities

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for assisting with

 General Responsibilities:

  • Concept, develop and execute a wide variety of design for events, campaigns, digital ads, marketing collateral, web designs, mobile, social and email designs
  • Follow and maintain brand identity characteristics, typography, photography, color etc.; evolving the brand identify overtime
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams
  • Present designs in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work independently, balanced with strong collaboration skills
  • Put together disparate element of a design created by another professional, such as icons, photographs and other components necessary for both web and print design

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design with a minimum of 2+ years of experience with a design firm or as part of an internal corporate design team
  • A portfolio of work exhibiting strong aesthetic and design skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of branding
  • Strong typographic sensitivity
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with varying deadlines
  • Strong production skills and mastery of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Proficiency with Keynote and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
  • Highly collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with HTML and CSS
