WHAT IS COOL ABOUT THIS JOB

Our Compensation Leader will build one of our essential functions - the design and delivery of global pay programs that attract, encourage and retain a talented and diverse workforce. We are looking for a principled compensation professional with strong people, business and financial acumen to help us scale and continuously improve our market competitiveness and the overall positive impact of People Operations.

THE DAY TO DAY
  • Manages the design, implementation, administration, education and communication supporting compensation programs and practices including base pay, salary planning, job grade and job description structure.
  • Consult on best practices regarding executive pay, sales compensation, equity programs and incentive pay.
  • Performs comprehensive analysis, planning, market pricing, budget development and oversight in support of compensation strategies.
  • Provide consultation on compensation related issues, such as strategic new hire offers, promotions, international transfers, budget allocation & retention.
  • Research and analyze data (market, turnover, offer acceptance rates, etc.) to determine the competitive position of various functions. Present findings and propose solutions to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness are appropriately balanced with the business.
  • Partner with our operations leader to ensure our processes are effective at scale, including appropriate systems integration, and accurate rewards and job data.
  • Develops compensation program KPIs, consistently evaluating the effectiveness of our compensation strategy.
  • Collaborate across the broader team and with Legal to develop employment policies related to pay and rewards.
  • Ongoing focus on compensation best practices, regulatory environment and changing legal issues, assessing and communicating their potential impact. Ensures compensation programs are in compliance with internal guidelines, local and country regulatory requirements.
YOUR EXPERTISE AND PASSION

  • Expertise with private, late stage company compensation strategies
  • Strong compensation analytics & modeling experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field; 5-7 years of related experience
  • UltiPro and/or Cognos BI experience a major plus
