The Opportunity:

We are seeking a strong HR Program Manager to join our Talent Acquisition Operations Team with driving efficiencies and implementing programs to create long term program and process scalability. This is an excellent opportunity for talent with strong analytical, programmatic and project management skills utilize their experiences to develop, streamline and improve HR programs which will have global impact. As we continue to experience significant growth, high volumes of new hires, internal movement and new program offerings, this position will require someone flexible, agile and adaptable to take on multiple work-streams and lead other special projects.

As a HR Program Manager, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition teams, HR Business Partners, Managers and other COE Partners to oversee the implementation, change management and communication of current and new HR Programs. You will also drive and provide support for other ad hoc requests/projects to meet the needs of the business and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and track key performance indicators
  • Develop metrics and service level agreements for core programs and projects
  • Track delivery against objectives
  • Build cross-functional partnerships
  • Work closely with HR, Legal, business groups, and other departments to achieve objectives
  • Drive program objectives
  • Provide program management and defined project plans
  • Manage implementation activities
  • Analyze data from a wide variety of sources, gather new data, compile results in a concise and actionable format
  • Lead projects and initiatives as prioritized
  • Demonstrated Project/Program Management experience

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in an HR role
  • Experience working across multiple geographies
  • Experience partnering with key stakeholders and COE partners
  • Strong focus on execution
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical skills to provide insights and make data driven decisions
  • Ability to drive multiple streams of work forward
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Must be able to work effectively under pressure, with multiple deliverables, in short time constraints
  • Ability to work autonomously and adapt to change rapidly in response to business conditions
  • Knowledge of Agile approach to project planning and delivery
  • Strong interpersonal skills in the areas of influencing, group presentations, and teamwork
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong working knowledge for HR systems and tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with contingent workforce management and vendor management
  • Experience with system integrations
  • Experience with new system or program implementations
