Human Resources Associate

What You’ll Do
- Conduct human resources new hire orientation presentations and enrollment for benefits and HR systems
- Provide employee relations support to HR Director and VP of People
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee status changes and other necessary actions as part of employee lifecycle
- Conduct audits of various HR processes and programs and recommend new approaches that will drive efficiency
- Maintain compliance with unemployment and verifications of employment
- Assist HR Director with various research projects and/or special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1+ years of previous payroll and benefits experience
- Experience with ADP (benefits & timekeeping) and E-Verify
- Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) skills
- Excellent Microsoft Excel/data analysis skills
- Ability to handle confidential, time sensitive matters and juggle multiple priorities and projects
