Implementation Consultant, Enterprise
BigCommerce, named a "Best Place to Work" in Austin 2017, is looking for an Implementation Consultant, Enterprise for our Austin Four Points Office to enable our customers to sell more with their online stores. You will use your your unparalleled technical and consultative skills to help our Enterprise customers during onboarding to the BigCommerce platform. The right candidate will possess strong client relationship skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and the creativity to engineer solutions for the ever growing world of eCommerce entrepreneurs.
What You’ll Do
- Work with sales reps, solutions engineers and account managers at point of close or immediately after to provide seamless transition from sales to implementation
- Serve as liaison between Catalog Transfer Services team and client and escalate timelines or requests as needed.
- Develop materials, including project schedules and Gantt charts, to assist clients and partners in seamless launch process
- Solve client problems by facilitating communication with internal stakeholders
- Provide best in class service reflected by client satisfaction survey scores, hitting launch deadlines and client retention.
- Acknowledge all client requests within one business day, set expectations for resolution and resolve within agreed timeframe by activating internal teams to troubleshoot
- Be flexible and adaptable in your communication approach when working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Recommend apps, integrations and developers that will help make clients more successful
- Ensure launch of all Enterprise Clients while closely adhering to project schedule
- Maintain pristine and professional communication and delivering world class service
Who You Are
- Experience with the Bigcommerce product preferred
- Expert communication and professional writing skills
- Expert level HTML & CSS
- Intermediate level experience working with APIs
- Intermediate level Python, Ruby or PHP
- Diligent time management and communication skills
- 3+ years of experience in client onboarding/implementation, front end development, or project management within a fast paced technical environment
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce 3rd party applications and integrations
- Proficient in Google Office, Salesforce, and project management software
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer science related field or equivalent experience required
- Project Management Certificate preferred
- Energetic, enthusiastic, academic, agile, and positive
- Have a strong desire to build client relationships
- Be outspoken and provide feedback to management that results in greater efficiency
- Be ambitious, self-motivated, goal-oriented and extremely driven
- Work well with technical team members ranging from support to development to identify solutions to client issues that are less common
- Have excellent written/verbal communication and client relationship skills
- Strong working knowledge/background of eCommerce and marketing
- Be consultative by nature and have an account management mindset
- Have excellent time management skills
