Work with the marketing team to create, manage, and support paid influencer programs. The role will need to define target industry segments to go after and aggressively pursue the top influencers within each vertical.

• Drive demand generation for Tenfold’s influencer marketing department and provide the sales teams with Marketing Qualified Leads and Opportunities
• Drive our next phase of B2B paid influencer marketing
• Develop product-specific influencer programs that align with overarching marketing strategy to drive awareness, acquisition and retention in key communities and markets by leveraging the influencers’ audiences and voice/reach
• Create project plans, champion integrated marketing support, develop schedules and manage influencers to completion
• Own individual influencer campaigns and build lasting relationships who will turn into brand advocates for us within their specific verticals/audiences
• Segmentation work from test strategies and execution, analysis and recommendations on most effectively marketing to specific segments
• Work with marketing team to plan and execute paid influencer marketing programs
• Track influencer results at key milestones to ensure requirements are met by deadlines
• Brand program support may include customer lifecycle analysis and overhaul, promotion planning, events, mobile product support, etc.
• Work with our Sales Team and Partners to coordinate partner data maintenance and collection to help with future influencer marketing campaigns

• 1-3 year’s experience in influencer marketing, brand management, integrated marketing, research, brand strategy design and/or implementation
• Ability to communicate, collaborate and influence effectively with different influencers across various verticals; including executive team members
• Effective communication and team facilitation skills are an absolute requirement for this role
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills, with ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment of multiple priorities
• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while still paying attention to details and executing flawlessly
