Job Summary

100% Inbound, Life/Health Insurance Sales
Work from home after 3 weeks paid training in the Austin office.  Also required to attend ongoing product and sales training up to 1 week/month
Rapidly growing team with continual room for growth
Full Time (40hrs/wk, not seasonal) with Benefits (Health insurance, Paid time off, 401k)
$15/hr + commissions (target roughly $1,000/mo – successful agents have opportunity for more)

Qualifications and Skills

Valid Texas license to sell life and health insurance
Excellent verbal communication
A track record of sales success over the phone
A highly motivated self-starter with a competitive, driven personality
Good with technology and able to pick up new systems and processes quickly
High-speed, hard-wired internet
Home workspace no background noise
