Procore is looking for an Integrations Consultant to provide pre and post sale technical support, design and validation of solutions, guidance on technical direction of supported integration technology and input on integration best practices. As a key member of the Customer Success organization, the Integrations Consultant is responsible and accountable for ensuring the successful management of client built integrations that leverage the Procore Connect API.

You will be a regular full time employee of Procore. This is not an independent contractor position.

Responsibilities:

  • Attain mastery over and become subject knowledge expert in Procore software & engagements
  • Provide both detailed and high level presentations of the Procore API and integration capabilities to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Be the main point of contact for clients who are developing integrations using the Procore API
  • Maintain consistent and clear communications over the lifecycle of the customer engagement
  • Work with Procore R&D, describing customer problems and managing client needs with the product roadmap
  • Create schedules and roadmaps that help give customer visibility into project timelines.
  • Prepare and maintain scoping documents, or statements of work (SOW’s), that ensure alignment between Procore and the customer.
  • Drive 100% customer satisfaction and project success
  • Attract and retain top talent in the industry. Motivate, inspire and mentor project team members to excel.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of previous experience in technical client facing role, preferably with enterprise software
  • Strong knowledge of software implementation methodologies
  • Strong foundational knowledge of web services, including JSON and REST technologies
  • Strong communication skills, demonstrating an ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and autonomously with a variety of audiences
  • Technical writing skills, demonstrating an ability to prepare professional multi-page documents that would serve as statements of work and other technical deliverables.
  • Some domestic travel may be required, 10-15%
  • Desires
    • Prior experience with construction financial management desired
    • Prior experience in software engineering, or an education in computer science, preferred
    • Prior project management experience desired

Location

Procore Austin is the second largest of our offices, occupying six floors in the Chase Tower at the center of downtown Austin.
