What You’ll Do on a Daily Basis

• Provide technical assistance to internal employee
• Manage user accounts and hardware 
• Manage the internal network at the Austin office and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Communicate with technical contacts at our other locations to strategize and solve broader issues
• Provide technical guidance and support at company events
• Identify and fulfill the IT needs of the various teams within the organization
• Support development department in finding fast and long term solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Perform other essential responsibilities as deemed necessary
