Description
Plan, gather requirements, design, develop, validate, deploy, and support full lifecycle of Connected Customer and Mobility Solutions (CCMS) applications including Back Office microservices to send and receive data to and from General Motors Commercial vehicles using Java, J2EE, REACT UI, Spark, Docker, and SQL (Structure Query Language) languages, and Spring Boot, Jetty, Netty, Protocol Buffer, JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), Redis, Vault, JUnit, Cucumber, Gatling, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Kibana, OAUTH 2.0, Certificate Signing Request (CSR), Maven, Jenkins, Akamai, Oracle 10g/11, and Unix tools. Perform requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis, Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) analysis and design, and Aspect Oriented Programming (AOP). Implement OnStar vehicle insights that assist, alert and report the driving behavior of the fleet vehicles. Build predelivery consent microservice to provide the various features including grant and revoke using Java Spring Boot in Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF). Design and develop vehicle event JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) schema to pass vehicle data between Back Office microservices.
Additional Description
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field, and two (2) years of experience as a Developer, Engineer, Programmer Analyst, or related role. Must also have experience with: performing requirements analysis, software review, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis, Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) analysis and design, and Aspect Oriented Programming (AOP).
